Eurex continues to claim inroads in the French and Dutch equity options market, seeing record volumes in both in recent weeks.
Last week, Eurex revealed that it had increased its market share in French equity options from 17.5% at its previous high in March, to 31.7% on 16 May, thanks to a daily volume of 27,024 contracts. Meanwhile, record volume of 64,219 contracts in Dutch equity options on 15 May increased Eurex market share in that segment from 18.7% to 21.4%....
