It's just over a year since Mark Fichtel left and you took over as interim ceo. Are you actively searching for a permanent ceo?
We are well involved in an executive search. We've had a search committee for about six months now, and I believe it's got to the point where they're about to make some recommendations to the board. One of the problems that committee has had, is the question of what the future holds. In other words, you don't want to make the mis-step of going out and hiring a ceo who's going to dream and think that he's going to have all these powers and do all these magical things, then to find out that somebody makes an offer that we couldn't refuse for our exchange to become part of something else.
