Swedish exchange and technology firm OM has re-organised its central business support functions, forming three new units: finance, marketing, and communications and staff functions. Pernilla Gladh, formerly head of human resources, will take head the staff functions unit, which brings together human resources, legal, premises and group securities. Bo Svefors has been appointed to manage the marketing and communications office which is formed of OM's marketing, information and investor relations units. Svefors was recently an independent consultant, and a member of the board of directors at Orc Software. OM's cfo Per Nordberg will lead the finance unit, incorporating treasury, accounting, business control, internal audit and risk control.
