Euronext Liffe has gained full ownership of Nasdaq Liffe Markets (NQLX) following Nasdaq's decision last week to transfer to Liffe its stake of the joint venture for building a market for single stock futures and other futures products in the US.
The change was said to have no impact on the operation of NQLX, though Euronext Liffe now assumes financial management responsibility for the business.
