ADM Investor Services has opened a London dealing room which it hopes will provide a home for International Petroleum Exchange (IPE) traders when electronic trading takes over from open outcry.
Based in the City, Xconnect has 65 trader workstations, with an option to expand to a further 90 in the same building.
