Philly cautious over CBOE bid
Chicago Board Options Exchange has offered PHLX members $135,000 for seats that last traded at $20,000 in the industry's latest takeover bid. According to PHLX officials, the deal, if successful, would see the Philadelphia exchange subsumed under the Chicago Board Options Exchange.
