Booz Allen report calls for CBoT reforms
A draft report, prepared by management consulting firm Booz Allen & Hamilton, calls for drastic changes to the way in which Chicago Board of Trade (CBoT) is governed.
A central recommendation of the 200-page document - co-written by CBoT's implementation committee - is that the committee system, which has dominated the exchange for decades, must go.
