Terry Duffy has been elected by the board of Chicago Mercantile Exchange to serve a second two-year term as chairman of the exchange. The board also re-elected vice chairman Jim Oliff, second vice chairman William Shepard, secretary Martin Gepsman and treasurer Patrick Lynch for one-year terms. Former chairmen Leo Melamed and Jack Sandner were also re-elected for one-year terms as chairman emeritus and senior policy advisor, and special policy adviser respectively.
Australian Stock Exchange has appointed Tony D'Aloisio as its managing director and ceo. The appointment will take effect when current ceo Richard Humphry retires in October.
