People Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx) has made two senior appointments and revisions to its organisation structure. Gerald Greiner joins HKEx as deputy chief operating officer and head of exchange division. He will report directly to chief operating officer Patrick Conroy. Greiner is currently senior director in Securities and Futures Commission's supervision of markets division and formally worked for the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
