People Nic Stuchfield, head of London Stock Exchange (LSE)'s EDX foray into derivatives, has been made director of corporate development for LSE. The role will see him assume responsibility for the exchange's business planning, research and development, and corporate strategy, as well as maintaining his EDX responsibilities. LSE also appointed a director of corporate communications and public policy, Paul Kafka. Kafka, who has been executive director, corporate communications at Fidelity International for the past eight years, will join LSE in August.
