Geldermann accused in illegal transfers case
On 20 May, the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission filed a four-count administrative complaint against Geldermann Inc, the Chicago-based futures merchant; Thomas Collins, a Chicago floor trader; and ten other individuals who are associates of Collins.
