Illegal transfer case trader disappears
Thomas Collins, a Chicago floor trader accused of making illegal transfer trades in an administrative action brought by Commodity Futures Trading Commission, has disappeared.
On 20 May, Collins was accused together with Geldermann, the Chicago based futures commission merchant, and ten other individuals, of making some 120 illegal transfers between 1986 and 1990.
