Refco Hong Kong brokers penalised

Two Refco Hong Kong futures brokers have been penalised by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission [SFC] for breaching regulations dealing with cold calling.
SFC said Li Man-Hin and Yau Oi-Yi made unsolicited telephone calls...
