More Chinese firms to use global futures

A further nine Chinese firms have been given government approval to use international futures contracts to hedge their outputs. Eight are metals firms and one is in energy.
The development brings to 26 the number of firms allowed to use non-Chinese commodity futures markets. Seven were initially approved in 2001...
