CFTC is down to two commissioners from what should be five, with reauthorisation coming up next year and some big issues on the slate. How do you think they're going to cope with that?
I think in terms of managing the agency, they'll get along fine. The agency has operated with two commissioners in the past and I think they will successfully now. When you're looking at reauthorisation or any big policy issues the commission may be confronted with I think it's always best to have five, so hopefully it will get back to its full strength soon. I expect that it will be a priority of either Bush or the Kerry administration to get CFTC fully staffed with commissioners so...
