RJ O'Brien and has announced its acquisition of Harmonic Investment Management, a Memphis-based firm specialising in alternative investment products. Under the agreement, Gregory Casals and Matthew Daniel, managing members of Harmonic, will become svps of Harmonic Investment Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of RJ O'Brien. The deal is effective 1 September.
