WCE revises canola specs after crisis
Winnipeg Commodity Exchange, Canada's leading agricultural market, is making a raft of changes to its flagship canola futures contract. The changes, approved at a special general meeting on 15 September, come in response to the delivery crisis that led to an enforced liquidation order last June.
