All that jazzI wouldn't claim to be any kind of connoisseur, but in so far as I'm a follower of the arts at all I would say that my milieu is certainly jazz. That said, since the incident at and subsequent barring from Ronnie Scott's (I won't go into it but suffice to say that Humphrey Littleton's trumpet was all but unplayable afterwards) I don't get to many gigs nowadays - more often than not I'll be found at home poring through my extensive collection of vintage jazz magazines. Nothing of the sort, though, for Deutsche Börse's multi-talented chief executive Werner Seifort, who has just released an album together with his band, the Big Brazz Pack (oddly translated as 'Big Brazz Luggage' by a far-from-bilingual colleague, without even a mention of what a 'Brazz' is).
