SFE makes appeal on Lepos ruling
Sydney Futures Exchange lodged an appeal last month in Australia's Full Court of the Federal Court against Justice Sackville's earlier ruling that low exercise options (Lepos) are securities. The appeal is scheduled to be heard on 16 December.
