Fees back up at CBoT

Chicago Board of Trade (CBoT) has announced the end of the fee waiver it introduced in order to compete with Eurex US, although fees will still largely remain below pre-waiver levels. The decision follows Eurex's recent announcement that it will end its own fee waiver at the end of the year (see FO Week Vol 9 No 48).
