Malaysia's futures industry is undergoing several structural changes designed to substantially ratchet up volumes.
The country's Securities Commission (SC) is considering reintroducing regulated Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL) for the country's equity market. SBL was banned after the 1997/98 Asian financial meltdown.
