Injunction denied, but court backs TT claims

Northern Illinois District Court has denied Trading Technologies (TT)'s motion for an injunction against Espeed in the firms' patent infringement case, but the document issuing the denial strongly backed the validity of TT's patents - and stressed that the injunction has been denied only "for now".
