Barclays connects to Tocom

Barclays Capital has secured electronic trading access to Tokyo Commodity Exchange (Tocom) via Himawari CX, a Tocom broker.

The development comes as the exchange, Japan's largest, continues to internationalise by attracting ISVs and improving its clearinghouse.
