Don't believe the 'IPEI was flipping through some back issues of FO Week the other day (my copy of Naturism Pictorial - which I buy for the chess problem - was late again) and I came across a fascinating story entitled "IPE to keep pits." Just in case anyone was thinking that I'm here to flag up my publication's mistakes, I hasten to add that the headline was based on an IPE statement, which promised to keep pit trading going "for a number of years." As the issue in question was dated July last year, I would have to assume that the number of years in question was about 0.7. Of course, we shouldn't berate IPE too much...
