PHLX Monday trading goes up in smoke

Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) was forced to suspend trading early on 28 March as an elevator mechanical room fault caused thick smoke to engulf parts of the floor. Trading was halted as a precaution at 3.10pm (EST) and did not resume till the opening of business...
