International Securities Exchange (ISE) announced that Brian Donnelly, UBS Securities, and John Koltes, Archelon Group, have been appointed to its board of directors, to fill terms that expire in May 2006. Donnelly was elected as a representative of ISE's electronic access members, while Koltes will represent ISE's competitive market makers.
