Espeed claims Tiffe, OSX prior art in TT case

Espeed has applied to Northern Illinois District Court requesting it to ask for representatives of Tokyo International Financial Futures Exchange (Tiffe) and Osaka Securities Exchange (OSX) to give evidence in the patent infringement case brought against Espeed by Trading Technologies (TT).

The wording of the requests strongly suggests that Espeed has come to believe that Tiffe and OSX...
