Nymex ups ante in NJ gas row
New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex) has increased its pressure on State of New Jersey to drop any further changes it may be planning for the unleaded gasoline market. In the past two weeks, Nymex filed court papers "to expedite" the lawsuit it brought last month.
