While Trading Technologies (TT) has been publicly quiet about the investigation into its business practices by the US Department of Justice, not even officially confirming that the investigation is ongoing, sources connected with the ISV have suggested that the firm is more annoyed than concerned about it. TT seems, if the indications are correct, to be confident that its position is not anticompetitive or monopolistic and that any investigation would eventually give it a clean bill of health.
