TT settles patent cases, signs partner

Trading Technologies has settled two pending lawsuits against ISVs Rolfe and Nolan (R&N) and Strategy Runner for alleged patent infringement.

A consent judgment passed in the case against R&N said that patent infringement had occurred in a prior version of the trading application...
