New Moscow bourse gets set
A new bourse, Moscow Financial Futures Exchange (Mefex) declared its intention to trade Russian T-bill futures contracts last month. However, despite simulated trading and training having already begun, delays to the start of actual trading remained due to continued discussions on the creation of an appropriate guarantee system.
