Refco, ABN lead rush


Regulatory guidelines clarifying rules on futures brokerage joint ventures between Hong Kong and mainland Chinese firms (see FO Week Vol 10 No 34) have resulted in global firms investigating opportunities or ramping existing Chinese negotiations.
