HK regulator looking at "suspicious activities"

Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (HKSFC) revealed that it has been investigating "specific instances of suspicious activities" relating to the booming trade in derivative warrants in Hong Kong.
The regulator has also commenced a review of the regulatory framework of the warrants market following a host of measures adopted in the previous market reform of 2002.
