LCH-C finally sets sail with freight launch

As reported in FO Week in August LCH Clearnet (LCH-C) went ahead with its planned launch of OTC clearing for forward freight agreements (FFAs) on 13 September (see FO Week Vol 10 No 30). The clearinghouse confirmed that the service began with a trade by FFA brokerage Freight Investor Services.
The launch of the FFA service had previously been delayed...
