Troubled hedge fund Philadelphia Alternative Asset management (PAAM) has filed a motion for Man Financial to be held in contempt of court in a case brought before Eastern Pennsylvania district court, according to legal documents obtained by FO Week.
The filing, made by by PAAM receivers C Clark Hodgson, alleged that Man has hindered the receiver's investigation by refusing to turn over relevant documents.
