Bankers Trust fights two lawsuits in Indonesia
Bankers Trust is caught up in a pair of derivatives-related lawsuits involving Indonesian counterparties, on top of an action from Procter and Gamble in the US. Similar to the Dharmala and BT disputes, Adi Mitra is suing the US bank in Indonesia and BT is suing Adi Mitra in London.
