TT files late objection to Refco sale

It has emerged that ISV Trading Technologies (TT) filed a legal objection to last week's auction of the remaining non-bankrupt parts of Refco on the grounds that transferal of the latter's technology could interfere with the ongoing patent court case brought against the firm by TT.
