Under the counter

And the winner is?A few weeks ago some of you may remember my speculative application for the vacant position of chief executive of Eurex. Surprisingly enough, I never heard back from the exchange (perhaps they were worried that I was overqualified), but, perhaps inspired by the glamour of last week's Oscar ceremony, I have decided to persevere with my campaign to raise my profile. In this case, I have put myself forward for a couple of categories in this year's Energy Risk awards. I know that normally these sort of things tend to be determined by who takes the most advertisements in sponsoring publication, but of course I have no doubt that these particular gongs are entirely pukka and that my own attributes will be justly rewarded.
