Nybot set to demutualise

New York Board of Trade (Nybot) last week appeared set to move forward with its demutulisation, a process that could be completed by the end of the year.
Nybot CEO Harry Falk told FO Week that approval was expected at the upcoming board of directors meeting on 5 April.
