Man refutes PAAM receiver's "proposed findings of fact"

The court case involving Man Financial and defunct hedge fund Philadelphia Alternative Asset Management (PAAM) over the latter's demise in 2005 last week took a new turn as the contempt of court motion brought by receiver Clarke Hodgson was effectively defeated.
