UK gets SFA stay on netting agreement
Securities and Futures Authority (SFA) has given the UK derivatives industry more time to prepare for its demand to have legal opinion for netting agreements for exchange traded products, or face hefty capital requirements on gross positions. The original deadline was 1 March.
