What has becoming a publicly traded company done for ICE and where does that leave you from a competitive standpoint?

It actually started with the process of becoming a publicly traded company. That process allowed us to improve our governance structure and reinforce our market neutrality. And it's brought a lot of attention to ICE which is very important for us: because of the performance of our stock and the [exchange] space, it's had the tangential effect of bringing attention to what we do. Lastly, it's really helped us in the area of recruiting and allowed us to attract people to what they see as an exciting company.

Have you received a lot of interest from professionals who want to join ICE?
