MG denies Codelco fraud charges
Long-running investigations into $207m of copper futures losses suffered by Codelco, the Chilean copper company, took another dramatic turn last week. Following recent lawsuits against London Metal Exchange ring dealer Sogemin, Codelco issued another writ against German conglomerate Metallgesellschaft.
