Man accuses PAAM receiver of sensationalism


In response to details, which were disclosed  last week, of Philadelphia Alternative Asset Management (PAAM) receiver Clark Hodgson's latest claim against Man Financial, the FCM has responded publicly by accusing Hodgson of using "unsupportable allegations to sensationalise his claims".

The latest filing made by Hodgson came following approval sought and granted to make a range of claims including violation of the racketeer influenced and corrupt organisations act (RICO) (see FO Week Vol 11 No 18).
