CBoT proposes closer ties with clearinghouse
Chicago Board of Trade (CBoT) could be heading towards an unprecedented conflict with Board of Trade Clearing Corporation (BoTCC), its independent clearing organisation. Last week, CBoT directors met to discuss proposals put forward by the exchange's executive committee to "formalise CBoT's representation in the governance structure at BoTCC".
