LME boosts access with restructuring

London Metal Exchange (LME) last week claimed to have resolved the membership bottleneck that has slowed the flow of new trading firms into its markets. Exchange membership approved a proposal put to them at an EGM to offer a new category of shares in a rights offering, allowing trading but not voting access to LME.
