Geography lessonWhile leafing through a sheaf of papers that had somehow found its way into my briefcase last week (my editor occasionally tries to slip some work my way while my back is turned) I was interested to read that CFTC is holding a public hearing to help it work its way through the thorny issue of what exactly constitutes 'overseas'. A more cynical man than I might suggest that not knowing about countries outside the US is a sadly all-too-common trait amongst our American cousins. An even more cynical man that that might even suggest that perhaps the US government and military might be well advised to take some sort of crash course in where exactly the country stops and everyone else's begins. But...
