LME could respond to Nymex mini metals

London Metal Exchange (LME) last week refused to rule out the possibility of launching its own mini-sized contracts following suggestions that New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex) was planning to roll out a series of e-minis to challenge the London exchange (see FO Week Vol 11 No 24).
