NYSE Arca was set to launch its new electronic options trading platform at the end of the month, a move that it said would bring greater speed and functionality to its options market.
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) published NYSE Arca's rules and was in the final days of the 21-day comment period.
Pending regulatory approval, exchange executives said they hoped to launch the new platform on 31 July.
