Scott Riley has joined trading solutions provider Instinet Chi-X, a subsidiary of Instinet Europe, as director. Riley was previously director, sales and marketing at LCH Clearnet, which he left in July. In the intervening period he did some consultancy work on Markets in Financial Instruments Directive.
